![]() #1 is the Bluetooth and Other Devices window showing that BT is off. The BT icon is also missing from my action center. The problem is, I can't find the option to turn it on or off anywhere. I checked my Bluetooth and other Devices section and it said Bluetooth is off. ![]() I went to use them earlier on Youtube and the voice on the phones told me mobile device not found. I have a pair of Bose wireless headphones. Could they be infected, even though I have strong protection? I'm just hoping to rule that out as a possibility is all. Could following the instructions given on the video cause this? I had to download the drivers required for the controller to work. I followed the instructions in the youtube video posted at the beginning of this thread. I used my charge cable for the controller because I had to, to make it work. It worked just fine up until a couple of days ago when I connected my PS3 controller to my PC. I contacted the business that refurbished it, and they told me that because of some Windows update, Bluetooth was not installed. I tried everything, even contacted Bose themselves. When I first got my computer I tried to pair and use my Bose headphones. Below you will see the specs and all of the info you may need. I just noticed the suggestion I begin, I feel that it's important to tell you all that I bought this computer on Amazon.ca.
